Proof of Citizenship - A valid U.S. passport is required for all tour participants. If your passport is due to expire within 6 months of your departure date, you may wish to consider renewing it before traveling out of the United States. Failure to carry proper proof of citizenship may lead to denied entry to aircraft or foreign country, No refunds will be made.

Tour Operator Cancellations - Tour departures are not guaranteed. If it becomes necessary to cancel a coach tour prior to departure, the tour operator will offer the next available date at no additional land cost. If this is not acceptable, a full refund on all monies paid to the tour operator will be made. The tour operator cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to such a tour booking. If you purchase a non-refundable airline ticket, ensure that your travel agent explains the conditions under which the ticket is issued as the tour operator is not responsible for any cancellation penalties due to nonrefundable airfares.

Baggage - Motor coach luggage compartments require the restriction of one large suitcase and one carry-on bag per person. Wheeled carry-on bags are not suitable as hand luggage on motorcoaches. On Self-Drive Programs, free airline baggage allowance is two bags per person with combined maximum linear dimensions (length + width + depth) of 106". No responsibility by Irish American International Tours is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the passenger's belongings. Baggage insurance is highly recommended by our office and is available prior to departure.

Coach Tours - Motor coach tours are normally operated in 44 to 53 seat coaches. When passenger numbers are low, a smaller coach may be used.

Hotel Accommodation - Hotel accommodation will be supplied as described. On certain departures, due to seasonal demands, the Tour Operator reserves the right to alter itineraries and substitute hotels for similar type accommodations. Pre-booking of hotel nights prior to leaving the U.S. on programs designed for Open Vouchers may invalidate these vouchers. In some instances, prebooking may require a credit card guarantee in order to prevent "no shows."

Not Included - Tours do not include airport departure taxes, items of a personal nature, excess baggage charges, laundry, phone calls, liquor, wine, soft drinks or any other item not specifically mentioned as being included.

Responsibility -
These trips are arranged by Irish American International Tours ("operator'). IAIT has made the travel arrangements as agent for the transportation carriers and other suppliers of services connected with the tour, all of which are independent contractors. Operator does not own or operate the vehicles or facilities to be used during the trip, and does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the acts & / or omissions of suppliers, their employees, agents, etc. All bookings are accepted subject to the conditions imposed by suppliers & operator, including airline, cruise line, rail, coach, hotel, restaurants, insurance and other companies, firms or people concerned with the trip, and operator will make no refund in the event of their delay cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or for elements of the package not used by customer. If there is a difference between operator Conditions and those published by a supplier, the conditions of supplier shall apply. Price quoted is per person double occupancy. Operator reserves the right to cancel a trip, change the itinerary or adjust rates whenever in its sole judgment conditions warrant, or if operator deems it necessary for your comfort, convenience or safety. Trips outside the USA require a valid passport or other acceptable proof of citizenship forms. You are responsible for, and release operator from passport, visa, vaccination requirements, and safety conditions in travel destinations. Operator strongly recommends you purchase appropriate cancellation/medical/baggage insurance for the trip, which is available from operator. Operator reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, or to require any participant to withdraw from the trip at any time who presents a significant risk to the health or safety of himself or others which can not be eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level by operator's reasonable accommodation. Operator reserves the right to correct an error in the brochure presentation or advertised price prior to your departure. A contract is made when your reservation and payment are accepted by operator at it's office, and any dispute shall be governed by Pennsylvania law and subject to the jurisdiction of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. In calculating the cost of your trip, the operator has relied on your consent to these terms and in the absence of this release, the trips cost would have been higher.

Operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar quality at any time or to make changes in itinerary of similar quality. Operator will not be responsible to any person for expense, loss of time, money or other circumstances resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangements. Operator also reserves the right to cancel a tour prior to departure, and in such cases all payments made to date will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement. If you purchase an airline ticket separately, ensure that your travel agent explains the conditions under which the ticket is issued, as operator assumes no responsibility for such airline ticket cancellation fees.

Please understand that not all museums and attractions are open every day of the year Operator reserves the right to vary the sequence of sightseeing and/or to reroute the order of cities if that will enable you to visit all listed Excursions. In either case, the itinerary content will be maintained to the extent possible and there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.

Programs are valid from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005.

Important Note On Prices - All prices and conditions of travel are based on currency exchange, fuel, and VAT rates in effect on October 1, 2004. All rates are subject to change without notice due to currency exchange fluctuation, fuel or VAT increases.

Errors or Omissions - The operator is not responsible for errors or omissions either in the printing of this brochure or in the services provided by vendors contracted with.

General Conditions - Please read this information carefully. The payment of required deposit or full payments for a reservation on any program in this brochure constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and conditions in this brochure.

Deposit - A non-refundable deposit of $350 per person for each tour is required within 4 business days of booking. Credit Cards are accepted for deposit payments. If deposit is not received within 7 days of booking, the reservation will automatically be cancelled. If booking is made less than 60 days before departure, full payment is required immediately.

Final Payment - Final payment must be made no less than 90 days prior to departure. Irish American International Tours accepts checks and most major credit cards. Late Bookings - Subject to availability of space and other conditions, you may book a tour up to 14 days prior to departure, providing full payment is made at time of booking. Late bookings (within 30 days) will incur a handling charge of $50 per booking in addition to overnight delivery charges when needed.

Revision Fees - Any revision to a booking after deposit will require a $35 fee per transaction. No changes will be accepted within 21 days prior to departure or once documents are issued. Changes affecting inventory utilization (i.e. date changes, hotel changes etc.) are considered cancellation and rebooking. Spelling corrections to client's names after air tickets are issued are subject to an airline revision fee to be determined by each airline.

Documentation - All tour documentation will be sent out to the travel agent approximately 14 days prior to the departure of the tour, provided full payment has been received. In the event this is not acceptable, we require sufficient notice in order to avoid express shipping charges. If we are not given sufficient notice, the passenger or travel agent will be responsible for express delivery charges.

Unused Tour Vouchers - All unused tour vouchers for hotels, B&B's, car rental or any other unused service are not exchangeable or refundable by IAIT Any disputes and/or claims must be received in writing by IAIT no later than 30 days after the end of the tour

Reservations Restrictions - Disabled travelers requiring special attention or treatment on the land portion of any tour must be reported when reservations are made. Any person who is unable to travel independently, must be accompanied by a companion who can provide the required assistance necessary to travel. Children under 10 years of age cannot travel on motor coach tours.

Air Transportation - The inclusive packages featured in this brochure can only be purchased in conjunction with round trip transatlantic economy flights. Air tickets on inclusive packages must be issued by IAIT. The services of another IATA carrier may be used in conjunction with land only programs. Inclusive prices incorporate SPECIAL APEX fares, which have a 90-day advance purchase requirement. U.S. Departure Tax, Customs User Fee and Security Charge are NOT included in price. The availability of air seats is limited on each tour program. All airfares are subject to government approval. Cancellations made on non-refundable air tickets can receive no refund. IAIT is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns, weather, government actions, acts of God, misconnections, acts of war or terrorism or related expenses to/from flights or other circumstances beyond its control.

Car Rental Insurance
(1) All self-drive cars in Ireland and Britain include unlimited mileage, local taxes, and third party insurance. This means that if you have an accident, the other party is covered. YOU AND YOUR CAR ARE NOT COVERED. The driver and passengers in a rental car may choose to take out Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) to cover injuries received while driving. Optional Theft Insurance is additional cost from IR E3.50 per day in Ireland.

(2) Loss Damage Waiver and Additional Insurance - You may have purchased LDW/CDW (they mean the same thing) as part of your package. This will cover damage to the rental. With this purchase you will still have a deductible ranging from ¦250-500 pounds. If you have purchased LDW/CDW you do not need to purchase additional insurance unless desired. Additional insurance options will be offered to you and you may decide if you wish to purchase these options.

(3) Britain Surcharges - In Britain a UK ¦l5.00 - 25.00 surcharge applies to all rentals picked up at airports, ferryports, and downtown locations. These are payable directly to the car rental company A road registration fee also applies to all Britain rentals and is payable directly @ .95P per day.

(4) Fuel Purchase Option - The purchase of gasoline is the hirer's responsibility and is not included in the rental of the car. Your rental will have a full tank of gas upon pick up and you will be charged for the same. If you wish not to exercise this option return the rental with a full tank of gas and a credit will be applied.

(5) Driver's License and Extra Driver's Drivers must produce a current driver's license issued in their state or country of residence without any endorsements and have a minimum of one year's driving experience. The supplemental charges to cover an additional driver are payable at he start of hire and are as follows: Ireland: IR ¦3.50 per day * Britain: UK ¦20.00 per rental

(6) Age Limit - Hirer must be between 21 and 74 years of age on most car types. Other car types hold an age limit of 26 - 65. For certain car groups other restrictions may apply Drivers under the age of 25 may incur a charge of UK ƒ20 per rental in Britain. Drivers under the age of 25 may need to purchase LDW on Gar rentals in Ireland.

Credit Card Authorization Form
Credit cards are accepted only with a completed Credit Card Authorization Form along with a clear enlarged copy of your State Issued Driver's License and a clear enlarged copy (front and back) of your credit card.
